Silent Hill: Shattered Memories rifacimento del primo capitolo della serie, anche se non è esattamente corretto utilizzare questo termine poiché i programmatori di Climax hanno sviluppato il gioco in modo tale da tenere uguali solamente i punti cardine del titolo (personaggi, città e storia).
